Dr. Hanley is a Mayo Clinic-trained Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician providing specialized treatments in traditional Eastern and innovative Western medicines. She is triple board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. As La Boussole’s Medical Director, Dr. Hanley oversees all medical operations and patient services and provides wellness and weight loss counseling. She also performs medical spa services, including GLP-1 receptor agonist injections, IV Infusion Therapy, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, Emsculpt NEO treatments for fat loss and muscle building, and Emsella treatments for incontinence and sexual health.
Echo Mills is an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. Her background includes emergency medicine, critical care, wilderness medicine, and advanced training in aesthetic injectables. She is also deeply rooted in holistic wellness and integrative care.
As one of the founding members of La Boussole Medical Spa & Wellness Center, Echo played a vital role in shaping the spa’s philosophy, energy, and visual identity. Beyond her clinical expertise, her keen eye for design was instrumental in creating the serene, welcoming environment that so many clients have come to know and love. While she is no longer providing direct services, Echo’s legacy lives on in the foundation of the business and the aesthetic experience it continues to offer every guest.
Amy Ipsen is a trained dental hygienist, with a BSBA in Finance. She combined her knowledge of healthcare and business operations to create La Boussole’s atmosphere of unparalleled patient service with ongoing investments in new and innovative anti-aging and wellness services. Amy ensures all La Boussole clients are provided with a free consultation and opportunity to create a personalized plan for absolute beauty, health, and wellness.
