Dr. Hanley is a Mayo Clinic-trained Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician providing specialized treatments in traditional Eastern and new, innovative Western medicines. As La Boussole’s Medical Director, Dr. Hanley oversees all medical operations and patient services and provides wellness counseling. She also performs medical spa services including IV Infusion Therapy, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, Emsculpt NEO treatments for fat loss and muscle building, and Emsella treatments for incontinence and sexual health.
Echo Mills is an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner with 25 years in healthcare. She specializes in Holistic Healthcare and has a background in emergency medicine, critical care, wilderness medicine, and has advanced training in Botox and Dermal Fillers. Echo is excited by ongoing advancements in med spa technology and techniques and the opportunity to empower people to become their best selves. In addition to beauty enhancements with injectables, Echo provides therapeutic treatments with neuromodulators for hyperhidrosis, migraines, and bruxism. Echo specializes in IV and IM Nutrient Therapy, Laser Hair Removal, BBL, HALO, Emsculpt NEO and Emsella treatments, as well as provides clients with wellness and beauty consultations.
Amy Ipsen is a trained dental hygienist, with a BSBA in Finance. She combined her knowledge of healthcare and business operations to create La Boussole’s atmosphere of unparalleled patient service with ongoing investments in new and innovative anti-aging and wellness services. Amy ensures all La Boussole clients are provided with a free consultation and opportunity to create a personalized plan for absolute beauty, health, and wellness.
