Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to treat varicose veins and spider veins. The process of Sclerotherapy involves the use of a solution (generally a salt solution) injected into any problem veins, causing them to collapse. Blood flow will naturally be rerouted by the body to healthier veins in the area. Sclerotherapy allows any varicose and spider veins to gradually disappear over time.
